Cashback is calculated on the net value of the goods and excludes shipping costs.
Cashback is credited once the purchase, delivery, and full payment of the order are completed, minus returns. If orders are canceled or returned, no cashback will be given.
Purchases/orders made through the Temu app are not eligible for cashback.
Cashback is only credited for orders that correspond to the type and scope of use by a private end consumer. Orders that correspond in type and/or scope to orders from commercial resellers will not be credited.
Orders for other individuals and/or commercial brokerage are not allowed.
Cashback will also be declined if incorrect personal or credit card data is provided when placing the order.
Processing of cashback takes approximately 6 - 7 months.
Orders with Temu credit are excluded from cashback.
If the order is subsequently changed by the customer service of the partner shop, no cashback will be paid out.
The partner internally records orders in USD, and due to currency conversion, differences of up to 5% may occur in the net value of the goods and therefore in the amount of compensation. Please only place an order if you agree to this. A request for correction of these differences is not possible.
